Get a real estimate

How the estimate works

The model starts from a baseline for each type of AI system and adds effort for the factors that usually drive projects: the number of data sources, integrations with systems of record, whether customers use it, data sensitivity and your starting point. It then splits the time into discovery, proof of concept, build and hardening. It deliberately doesn’t show money — rates vary, and the effort is the part you can compare across vendors.

  • Use it to sanity-check quotes: if a vendor’s timeline is far below this range, ask what they left out.
  • Use it to plan: the phases show where decisions (go / no-go) should sit.
  • Don’t use it as a contract: real estimates need a look at your data and systems. Read what AI development really costs.
