Nythrex integrations: GitHub, Jira, Azure, Claude Code, Codex
Repositories, tasks and invoices stay in your tools. Nythrex connects to them with one authorization per source, reads only the records it needs and refreshes them automatically. Nothing to migrate and nothing to run.

How connecting works
- OAuth or a GitHub App. Each source connects with its own authorization, started by the workspace owner or an admin.
- Official APIs. Nythrex reads records through the provider’s public APIs on a schedule; GitHub webhooks speed up refreshes.
- Encrypted tokens. Access tokens are stored encrypted, with keys protected in Azure Key Vault.
- Visible status. Every connection shows when it last synced and whether it needs to be authorized again.
What each source adds to the picture
You do not have to connect everything at once. The smallest useful picture is one source of code and CI plus AI tools. Tasks add the time from task to production; cloud adds the cost of the project’s infrastructure.
Preguntas frecuentes
Can Nythrex change anything in our repositories?
No. Nythrex only reads. Where a provider offers read-only permissions, we ask only for those; for Microsoft, access works within the rights of the user who connected the source, and Nythrex makes read requests only.
What happens when a source is disconnected?
The tokens and all records obtained from that source are deleted. The permission itself can be revoked in the provider’s settings.
Who can connect sources?
The workspace owner or an admin. AI tools are connected by each member on their own machine, with confirmation.
When will GitLab, Bitbucket and Linear arrive?
They are in progress. We show them as “coming soon” so you can see the direction, and we do not call them available until you can connect them.
